BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When you make a reservation with us, you will be asked to supply your Credit/Debit card details (and make a minimal deposit of £0.50) to secure the reservation. Your details are encrypted and stored securely in line with PCI DSS. This deposit will verified your credit or debit card details, and we will send you an email confirmation of your reservation.

La Mama is an independent restaurant relying upon bookings being honoured by our guests or sufficient notice being given of any required changes to reservations. We therefore kindly request that diners give us a minimum of 24 hours notification if cancellation or change is required.

A charge of £20 per person will be made if the cancellation terms (24 hours notice) are not met. Unfortunately, our experience of parties failing to cancel or change bookings has made this necessary. If you have any queries regarding our terms and conditions do not hesitate to contact the restaurant. By making a reservation at LaMama you agree to our terms and conditions.

Please be respectful and courteous and let us know if you are not going to join us for your booking as with COVID measures in place our capacity has dropped significantly.

Unfortunately, our experience of parties failing to cancel or amend bookings dictates this precaution which is now necessary.

We are unable to hold unconfirmed reservations. We politely ask that you are ready to be seated at your time of booking or contact us if you are running late.

The largest table we can seat is six, currently made up of a maximum of two households so that we comply with the Government Guidelines in place.
