LaMama is an independent restaurant relying upon bookings being honoured by our guests or sufficient notice being given of any required changes to reservations. We therefore kindly request that diners give us a minimum of 24 hours notification if cancellation or change is required.

When you make a reservation with us, you will be asked to supply your Credit/Debit card details (and make a minimal deposit of £0.50) to secure the reservation. Your details are encrypted and stored securely in line with PCI DSS. This deposit will verified your credit or debit card details, and we will send you an email confirmation of your reservation.

A charge of £20 per person will be made if the cancellation terms (24 hours notice) are not met. Unfortunately, our experience of parties failing to cancel or change bookings has made this necessary.
